Shipping Coverage

We offer two types of shipping:

Try Before You Buy (Available Areas):
Cairo: Fifth Settlement, First Settlement, Heliopolis, Nasr City, Mokattam, Maadi, Downtown, Zamalek
Giza: Mohandeseen, Dokki, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October

In these areas, customers can try items before completing the purchase.

Other Areas:
All other areas across Egypt are serviced through third-party shipping companies. “Try before you buy” is subject to the shipping company’s policy.

Shipping Fees

By placing an order, you agree to pay shipping fees in all cases, including:

• New orders

• Exchanges

• Refunds

Black Swan covers shipping fees only if the order error was caused by us.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Black Swan, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The request is made within 3 days from the delivery date. (if the order prepaid)

• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

• The item has no perfume, makeup stains, damage, or signs of wear.

Black Swan reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

For COD orders, please note that once the items are accepted while the courier is waiting, the order becomes non-returnable

Order Errors or Defective Items

If you receive:

• A defective product

• The wrong item

• A damaged shipment

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the shipping costs.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3–7 working days

• If an item is out of stock: 8–10 working days

Important Notice

Any order containing more than 4 items will be split into two separate shipments, each with its own shipping fee.
